چکیده
Abstract Multi‐shelled ZnSeTe/ZnSe/ZnS quantum dots (QDs) have served as a promising eco‐friendly emitter for blue dot light‐emitting diodes (QLEDs). While extensive studies concentrated on the optimization of shell species and thickness multi‐shelled QDs to raise QLED electroluminescent performance, very few reports focus QD surface states involving ligand defect modulations which are essential high‐performance QLEDs. Herein, strategy bromide decoration is theoretically practically demonstrated simultaneously diminish defects by passivating unsaturated Zn strengthened carrier radiative recombination removing superabundant oleic acid through exchange efficient transport. As result, merits benefit large increase in photoluminescence yield (PLQY) from 39.7% 86.2% at wavelength 443 nm, well great enhancement device performance with over sevenfold improvement external efficiency (EQE) 0.74% 5.46% distinct decrease turn‐on voltage 6.7 5.9 V. Consequently, this work contributes an effective approach toward enhanced performance.

Background and Objectives: The inability of classic fluorescence-activated cell sorting to single cancer cell sorting is one of the most significant drawbacks of this method. The sorting of cancer cells in microdroplets significantly influences our ability to analyze cancer cell proteins. Material and Methods: We adapted a developed microfluidic device as a 3D in vitro model to sorted MCF-7 c...
متن کاملPhosphorescent cyclometalated complexes for efficient blue organic light-emitting diodes
Phosphorescent emitters are extremely important for efficient organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs), which attract significant attention. Phosphorescent emitters, which have a high phosphorescence quantum yield at room temperature, typically contain a heavy metal such as iridium and have been reported to emit blue, green and red light. In particular, the blue cyclometalated complexes with high ...
متن کاملReducing Architecture Limitations for Efficient Blue Perovskite Light-Emitting Diodes.
Light-emitting diodes utilizing perovskite nanocrystals have generated strong interest in the past several years, with green and red devices showing high efficiencies. Blue devices, however, have lagged significantly behind. Here, it is shown that the device architecture plays a key role in this lag and that NiOx , a transport layer in one of the highest efficiency devices to date, causes a sig...
